Plan-managed and self-managed plans can use any provider, including us. Agency-managed plans can only use registered providers. Not sure which you have? It's on your plan, or we'll help you check.
After every visit you get an invoice showing the date, the time and exactly what we did, so your plan manager (or you) can claim it without any back and forth.
Booking for someone else? Family members, carers and support coordinators can arrange visits for a participant. We'll confirm every booking and keep everyone updated after each visit.
